PENGARUH PENGAWASAN DAN PEMBINAAN TERHADAP PRESTASI MAHASISWA SERTA EFEKTIVITAS PENYALURAN UPZ DI UIN SULTANAH NAHRASIYAH LHOKSEUMAWE

This study aims to analyze the influence of supervision and mentoring on the effectiveness of Unit Pengumpulan Zakat (UPZ) distribution and the academic performance of scholarship recipients at UIN Sultanah Nahrasiyah Lhokseumawe. A quantitative approach using multiple linear regression was employed on a population of 54 students, with a saturated sample of 54 respondents validated through Likert-scale questionnaires. Analysis results indicate that supervision has a positive and significant effect on academic performance (t=4.753; sig=0.000), while mentoring shows no significant effect (t=1.528; sig=0.133); however, both variables jointly influence performance by 54.2% (F=32.306; R2=0.559) and UPZ distribution effectiveness which is achieved through Siakad verification, UKT payroll bank transfers, and Baitul Mal Aceh collaboration to empower mustahik.
